Local Fashion Designer Richard Cotto's New Line Hits The Runway

Local Fashion Designer Richard Cotto (RC) featured his "R-Gene" line at the NWA Fashion Week runway show in November. Cotto was awarded one of the first NWA Fashion Week awards at the November runway show.  Richard won the "Incubator Award".
