Fashion Designer Chavon Shree Talks About Her New Collection


We had a chance to catch up to Fashion Designer Chavon Shree to talk about her new collection inspired by the African culture. Chavon's collection went down the runway at the NWA Fashion Week runway show in November.  


Chavon is from Springdale, Arkansas and is known for her hand painted and hand dyed material.  This collection carries bold and solid colors mixed in to her hand painted material making it very unique.  This collection featured one of her own drawings she called the "Lioness".  Her collection went down the runway layered with some Native American jewelry from the Museum of Native American History located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Local Fashion Designer Richard Cotto's New Line Hits The Runway

Local Fashion Designer Richard Cotto (RC) featured his "R-Gene" line at the NWA Fashion Week runway show in November. Cotto was awarded one of the first NWA Fashion Week awards at the November runway show.  Richard won the "Incubator Award". She has a way of taking something discarded and unappreciated and making into something useful and very attractive! Fashion Designer, Cordale Boyd Talks About His New Line.

We had a chance to talk with Fashion Designer Cordale Boyd of Adoskope.  Cordale is a former 2012 Razorback football player who is following his life's dream. Free Virtual Reality Experience at McLarty Daniel Nissan



We stopped by McLarty Daniel Nissan in Bentonville to check out a new virtual experience.  Lucas Films, Disney and Nissan have partner up to bring you Star Wars: Droid Repair Bay.  It is an immersive experience set in the Star Wars universe.  In this simulation you are tasked with repairing droids from the famous franchise.

There is still time to experience this for yourself.  Just drop by McLarty Daniel in Bentonville anytime between 10 a.m & 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 9th, to try it for yourself.

The Crew Checks out Vista College in Fort Smith



The Crew got the opportunity to talk to staff and students of Vista College in Fort Smith.  We learned about all the opportunities Vista College had to offer to our community.


Vista college is a accredited school with degrees in a wide variety of programs, which include Medical Assistant, Information Technology, Business and HAVC to name a few.  Check out the interviews below!

The Crew Visits the Promised Land Zoo for their Holiday VIP Tour in Branson Mo

The Crew had a chance to do the holiday VIP tour at the Promised Land Zoo in Branson.  We learned a lot about the animals including reindeer!  We had a chance to be up close with the animals as part of the VIP tour this included getting to feed some of the wildlife from the bus during the light display.  You can also drive through on your own.  Check out a fun clip below of what we experienced while we were there!

The Crew had a chance to check out Christmas on The Trail Chuckwagon Dinner Show.



While on our trip to Branson we had a chance to experience their holiday shows. We pulled up at the Christmas on the Trail Chuckwagon Dinner Show.  It was a fun adventure being apart of the round up at the Chuck Wagon Dinner Show.  We heard a variety of musical styles and lot fun stories about the trail and we laughed a lot!  Click the video below for more information on the dinner show.

We checked out the Culinary and Craft School at Silver Dollar City in Branson



The Crew had a chance to cook up a recipe at the Silver Dollar City's Midwest Living Culinary and Craft School taught by Master Craftsman of Culinary Arts, Debbie Dance Uhrig.  Debbie contributes to the Culinary program development and also teaches cooking classes at the school. They not only teach cooking classes at the school, they do dinner parties and other event related meals.   Click on the video below to find out all the school does and the classes that are available.
