It's time for the 7^th annual 40/29 & The Arkansas CW Northwest Arkansas Women’s Living Expo. Taking place January 14-15, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Springdale & NWA Convention Center. The Convention Center is located at 1500 S 48^th Street in Springdale and there is free parking.

This What Women Want Event will host regional and local companies with the very best in shopping, fashion, food, entertainment, cosmetics, jewelry, travel, financial planning and offer many enter to win contests with lots of free goodies. 

Show hours: Saturday, 10am to 6pm and Sunday, 11am to 5pm.

Tickets: $7 general admission, $5 with a discount coupon and children 8 and under are free.

The Men of 40/29 

Visitors to 40/29 and The Arkansas CW’s Northwest Arkansas Women’s Living Expo will be able to get up close and personal with some of the 40/29 News men on Saturday, January 14^th.

Moderated by news anchor/reporter, Paige Preusse, anchor/reporters Daniel Armbruster, Mitch Roberts, Chris Swaim, Josh Cole and Darby Bybee will take to the main stage at 12:30 so you can get to better the know the men who bring you live, local, late breaking news and weather, day and night on 40/29 and The Arkansas CW.

Stop by the Arkansas CW Booth and meet The Crew: Dustin, Shelby, Drew and Devante will be waiting to meet you and take a snapshot at their superhero themed photo booth.

CHEF’S DANNY LANE AND REBECCA WOODARD will be holding the first ever Harps Creative Cake Challenge! Watch as Harp’s most talented cake designers go head-to-head in a two day timed competition. Saturday the contestants will work their icing magic to create a sculpted grooms cake and a wild card decorator’s choice cake. Sunday watch the icing fly as contestants pull out all the stops with their custom wedding cake designs.

REGIS ARTISTIC DIRECTORS JEF MORRISON AND JUDITH LEE will demonstrate current hair trends and styles for women of all ages. Jef and Judith will reveal tips and techniques to enhance your beauty. Join us and discover the perfect hairstyle for you.

ARKANSAS BEEF COUNCIL CHEFS KITCHEN features cooking demos throughout the weekend. Learn time saving tips, watch simple cooking techniques and enjoy delicious tastings. Follow the aroma to our stage and taste wonderful foods while being delightfully entertained.  

ARKANSAS BEEF COUNCIL CELEBRITY CHEF COOK-OFF features the kitchen clash between defending champion, Chef Susan Beard from the Holiday Inn and Chrissy Sanderson from the Mockingbird Kitchen. Cheer on your favorite chefs as they create their specialty dishes for a panel of judges who will award the grand prize.
