Chapel Road Carthage MO.  The Precious Moments Chapel is a creation of the artist who created the Precious Moments figurines, Samuel J. Butcher.  They welcome thousands of visitors annually giving free Chapel tours. Plus, you can find out everything you need to know about the history of the Precious Moments figurines in the Samuel J.
